Hi 👋 I called customer service again today. My orders placed on Nov 26 and 27 have not shipped. Other orders i placed before and after that date have shipped. Customer service said I’m not alone. Poor answer. I wish I could cancel my orders. Why has my credit card been billed the first flex pays? I am really upset. I have been an HSN customer since the tootie days. Ps Qvc orders are being shipped faster. Go figure!

If you purchase something and find that the price has been lowered within the 30-day period, you can call 1-800-933-2887. Have the item number ready. (I always figure the difference plus the tax on the difference before calling).
I just purchased two Diane Gilman (DG2) blue jean embroidered jackets four days ago and found that they were marked down this morning. I had them both on flex pay, so before calling for refund, I went to the Flex Pay Page and went ahead and paid ALL the payments (had HSN put payments on my credit card for the next pay period). I did not waste time calling (as sometimes HSN will mark the merchandise back up) and received almost $50.00 in refunds (merchandise price difference plus any tax paid on amount refunded). I am ecstatic because anything saved is a good thing! Thank you, HSN Representative, Caroline. You were so nice, very efficient, and I appreciate your expertise. 🙂

A promotional company answered and refused to connect me (or as they said will give me their number) until I give them my personal information. 3 times I said I dont want your promotion connect me to my credit card company and 3 times he said not until you give me your name this is a promotion. I then hung up. What kind of is this HSN?
