They have one of their Halloween surprise boxes for sale at the Q. It includes the Ultra-mare Body Creme and four other full size products. The price is currently (10/23) $64.98 and today there is a coupon for $15 off of a $60 purchase. No idea what the four surprise products are, although they do show the ingredient decks for them.
Posted in Forum: BeautyI used serious skincare for yrs I purchased it on HSN it does exactly what they say it’s a great skincare brand the sets you offered were very affordable now that serious has there own website prices are outrageous there loyal customers can’t afford to pay these prices to use their products I guess they don’t care about the customers anymore please consider bringing them back to HSN
Posted in Forum: BeautyThis line has the best products of any skin care line on earth. I can’t get the kind of deals from their web site that I got from HSN. If there isn’t room at HSN for them, what about QVC? HSN was not serving their customers when they dropped this vendor!

My mother has been a customer since 1998. In fact she started by ordering X-mas decorations and Serious Skincare. She continued to order from this company.
Well, today I called in because my mother is older and sometimes forgetful. She forgot to pay $18.30 on a Flex-pay. I found out when I went to order for X-mas a gift for her that another account on file has an outstanding balance.
I asked my mother and she logged in noticed a flexpay outstanding of $18.30.
So she told me she would pay it but forgot so I called in today to pay it for her.
The people were rude and confrontational in tone.
They refused to take my payment saying my card was not on file.
I have called in before to make a payment a few times in the past few years my mom is older to help her out.
They were unwilling to help me out. I had to ask well since you won’t take my payment how can I take care of this. They said with her card on file well that one is closed. Hence why I called to make a payment to take care of this for her.
I told them that her card is closed. how can I make this payment?
Now I have to send in a check I was given the address.
Well, my mom called in she wanted to know what was going on and rightfully so. and the women on the phone hung up.It was just rude how they were being they said it is always the policy but they let me pay with my card before on her behalf. A few times the past few years.
I will be sending the check and cancelling my account as well as my mothers.

been a customer of HSN for decades. I love the products, prices, auto shipment and the hosts. I was so sad to see one of my favorites Serious Skincare leave.It is a fabulous line and I wish HSN/QVC would bring it back.
