Worst return service of any online retailer.
So I hadn’t ordered from HSN before but I saw a pair of boots at a great price. They didn’t fit so I had to return them. Waited over a month. Nothing. Went to online chat and inquired about my refund. Chat rep typed that she would be issuing a refund now. So what if I hadn’t contacted HSN?! What if I had forgotten? Would I have ever been refunded? I get it, it’s not Amazon and I shouldn’t expect free returns with refunds posting within 3 days of my drop off. However, I PAID to return the boots and I expected a refund within a reasonable amount of time. Paying for the return, waiting over a month with no refund, then finally having to contact HSN to get a refund is super disappointing. First and LAST order from HSN for me. I’ll pay more to do business with other online retailers that can competently process returns and refunds in a timely manner. Bye HSN.

In December I returned a pair of boots. Never got a refund. I called customer service
I was told I will get the refund.
I received an email last month , stating my refund will go to original method of payment, which was my visa card.
When i finally got my refund for the boots I paid $59.95 for ,
they gave me $43 in spendable kash !
Now this is just ridiculous . -
I agree! Unfortunately, anytime that I have ever had to return anything to HSN I basically had to beg for my refund! My returns just sat there for several weeks without any acknowledgement of my return. Then even after ample time no refunds were ever processed. Only got refunded when I got sick of waiting and contacted customer service. I feel like refunds shouldn’t take that long. We also shouldn’t have to remind HSN to process our refunds either. Refunds need to be processed in a timely manner.

When I return ANYTHING to HSN or QVC I take it to the Post Office and get a return tracking number receipt. I wait two weeks and Chat Live with Customer Service. I give them the Tracking Number telling the package was received. I get my credit right away. Otherwise they never credit my return,

It takes over two months to receive an order. I found out after I ordered and paid for items. Unbelievably horrible services. Can anyone recommend another vendor for live plants?

I’ll never shop there again. There are many other vendors to chose from.

I realize HSN is not Amazon but it is pretty ridiculous how long it actually takes to get something refunded back to your account. It takes over 3 weeks from the day you send it back in the mail. In the mean time, the charge floats on your account. And if you go to your Account refunds–good luck trying to figure out the actual item. They give you the shipping number. Seriously?? I am moving away from ordering from HSN. I am a 28 yr customer of HSN.

Wow. You’ve been a good customer and they might lose you. I hope they read your comment. I only gave them one try but they made a horrible first impression. Interesting to see how their Returns Process is costing them loyal long-time customers and potential new customers.

I do get my returns credited but often I do have to use Chat to get them to realize it’s been there a while and then they issue the refund. Recently I did my first exchange and that went really well. I was notified my new item was shipped, notified that my return was in the mail, and then that it was received. I am, however, frustrated that Chat has been out of service for a long while now and waiting on phone hold for CS is no fun.

Thanks for checking Krissy. I’m using Chrome browser and getting STATUS 400 – BAD REQUEST and the message line: Request header is too large – plus a page of code. I have cleared my browser at least twice in the past few weeks.

Thank you @bobzi for confirming with me. Have you tried to use another browser like Edge or Firefox to see if you get the same error?

I don’t want to download another browser. Am hoping Chat can be debugged on Chrome. I did like using it and the reps were so good
