Trying to Connect for replacement Curtis Stone Products
Is a JOKE! I sent email Last week, still nothing. This is a Terrible issue when considering buying his products and than trying to get them replaced due to faulty non-stick lining. First time last yr, took 21 days to get even one reply. Never again. Just want what I purchased replaced under warranty!

Not sure this will be of any help since I really don’t know your issue with the pans but someone mentioned here in the HSN community once that if you occasionally clean he pans with a baking soda and water paste, it will bring them back to the non stick just like new. I’ve been doing this and it works very well.
I had an issue with marks on the pans from my utensils. I may have used metal a couple of times (I tried not to) and was disappointed that it did mar the surface. and they said that it wouldn’t. If they hadn’t said that it wouldn’t I would not have used metal. I rarely did but it but it was enough to do damage.
I still love Curtis Stone’s Durapan and the non stick is the best I ever had. I really hope he returns soon. I just want honesty about the metal.
Anyhow. Good Luck.-
Curtis is returning on Saturday March 10 at midnight…it’s his anniversary. I don’t use metal, although i do admit I’ve tried once or twice, but just that sound of them on the pans sends shivers up my spine so I stick to my silicone and plastic utensils. I did hear him say he has a new line of utensils in the works (I think it was the last time he was here that he said it in passing) so I guess we’ll have to wait and see what he brings.

@ memeia,
Sorry you’re having a problem with your pans. Hope you haven’t used cooking spray on them, that’s the kiss of death for non-stick pans. I heard Rachel Ray and a few other chefs mention it on other shows so I’ve avoided them.
