I was anxious to try the 12inch cast iron/enamel pan, but I followed directions and when I slowly heated it to medium and it made a sticky mess of some tater tots, I was very disappointed. The directions said it doesn’t have to be seasoned or anything, and I used oil, so what in the world is wrong? Does all food stick in these pans?
