Simply Ming 1500 Watt Fryer
On Sunday the 2 of Nov I was watching the Ming Show and I got on and did the express order over the phone the purple 1500 Watt Fast Fryer and the Simply Ming Stainless Steal Gourmet tong and Skimmer Tongs the fryer was for 79.98 and the tongs are for 19.95, both on flex pay, I get on my account to see when it ships and its not there, so I tried to order it and found it that it is now doubled in price, I called to see if I could find out how I can get this, I did order it on Sunday and she said that there is nothing she could do, and than I asked if it was going to be on again so I could order it she said she doesn’t know, well she just didn’t care I don’t think so guess I will resort back to shopping so I know it is in hand and don’t have to way for shipping, it sad that you guys where always about customer service and it didn’t seem like she beleived me or not. Just thought you would like to know if a customer is walking away, if you look I have been a good customer for sure but guess local buy is better.

Hello ?, I’m very sorry to hear what sounds like a huge disappointment. I was able to check your account but wasn’t able to locate an order history for the Ming Fast Fryer 441-997, or thongs, 443-489 which makes it difficult to review the issue. I’d love to help but unfortunately, I am not able to provide the expired Sunday, 11/1 Cooks Event sale values for these items today.
