Parts missing from Braun Multiquick 5 hand blender
My blender arrived and after inspecting it I found that a part was missing. I called HSN customer service who advised that I would have to contact Braun and they gave me the phone number. When I contacted Braun they advised the blender had been discontinued. I ask if they could send the missing part and they advised they had no way of knowing how to locate the part. I ask can’t they look at the manual and get the part # from that? He advised they had no manuals to look up the part. What kind of service is HSN providing when they won’t support the products they sell. If HSN will not provide missing part I will have no choice but to return and stop doing business with them.
That is just terrible! I hate when companies just don’t step up
and help a customer when they really should. It’s happened to me
to me too many times, so I know how you feel. And Braun is supposed
to be a better company, so you’d expect a little more from them.
And you’d hope HSN would step up, too, as you bought it from them.
If you call HSN again, maybe you can ask them to exchange it for one
that actually has all the parts? Or just get your money back.
You’re entitled to the WHOLE package they advertised. Don’t settle
for being treated like this, because it’s not right.
txfamily, try posting on the Customer Service Forum. I think the mods there are many times better than the phone CS people. I’ll bet someone there will help you out.
