Nutribullet RX problem help!!
I recently bought a NutriBullet RX for Christmas for my mom & yesterday was the first day we wanted to use it. We thought it worked wonders but as we lift up the cup from the blender we see that the blended liquid has surpassed through and gone into the RX machine, we lift up the RX machine and underneath we see that it went through and haven’t used it since. We are afraid it may have damaged the motor in the RX machine and don’t know why his happened. My parents had the old NutriBullet before& this wasn’t a problem. I would hope if someone could let me know why this happened & what can I do.
My better half purchased a nutribullet years ago from an infomercial on tv before they were sold on HSN. We never experienced this problem and neither has our daughter who purchased one. It sounds like a design problem with the way the gasket seats. I would definately send it back while it’s in the return period with HSN. If you contact the company it may drag out beyond the HSN return policy period and cause you time and money to send it to the manufacturer. Here you have a direct return policy at HSN until the end of January for Xmas purchases and because it’s defective they should pay for the postage with a return label. Send it back now and avoid a more complicated situation….Ronnie
I too recently purchesed my nutri bullet rx. I too had the same problem, and I tightened the blades before I used it due to others complaints. I have only used it once…almost afraid to try it again, cause the liquid went into the machine. UGH…not sure what to do.
I hope this isn’t a normal problem cause i just ordered this morning at 3am…but HSN is great for any questions or they’ll give you a number to call nutri bullet…they will also seems you a new one out asap…HSN is an awesome company and will make it right
, I’m sorry to see the trouble you’ve had with this item. Sadly, I don’t have much experience with the Nutribullet. Hopefully another Community member can jump in with some information. If you think something is wrong with the item, I would suggest you return it for an exchange.
