Ming tsai multicooker
I tbought there was Mac and cheese recipe for Ming’s multicooker…i can’t seem to locate…can anyone post.

? hi, i got my multicooker today and it looks amazing!!! i haven’t used it yet, but it’s beautiful and much bigger than i thought it would be. ok, here’s the MAC AND CHEESE recipe…
2 1/2 cups dry pasta- shells, elbows, penne
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 – 8oz. block velveeta cheese cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
1. put dry pasta, water, and salt into the rice cooker and set for white rice, let cook for 10 minutes, open the lid and stir in cream, mustard, and cayenne.
2. let pasta finish cooking and add butter and all of the cheeses, stir well.
3. set on “keep warm’ and let it cook for 5 more minutes to melt all of the cheeses.
4. stir and serve.

? ? ? hi cook, it’s possible that hsn or the fabulous ming has it and will post it. that’s why i added them in the heading with you. i ordered the multi-cooker last night. if the mac and cheese recipe comes with it in the recipe cards, and you still don’t have it i will post it. i hope you enjoy the cooker. :heart: nik
