LOUSY customer service for Warranty issues.
My husband and I have been trying to get a lid replaced for one of our pans through Curtis Stone Products Warranty division. After three months they finally sent a lid, but it was not the one I described. They then said they would ship the correct one on 10/19/18 and gave me a tracking number. It’s now 11/12/18 and no lid, no tracking information. Efforts to call Curtis stone products goes unanswered and messages have been left with no one returning my call. I have emailed back with the original email but no one responds. What lousy customer service.
