When I buy an item that doe not work for me, I return it. They say that I can do this within 30 days. Supposedly no questions asked. Not really. I recently got a lengthy letter from hsn saying that I have returned too many items, and I am risking having my account terminated!!! Really? If I get something that is of inferior quality, or just not right for me, am I supposed to keep my mouth shut, pay for it and keep it anyway? Anyone else get a letter? This is faulty advertising. It’s insulting, and not the best way to treat your customers!
Thank you. That letter made me feel like I committed a crime. I really hope that someone from customer service is reading this. I’m insulted and very angry! They misrepresent their return policy.
I would feel the same way if I received a letter like that. I haven’t gotten that letter before, but my tolerance for return mailing may be lower than most. I very rarely buy clothes and food, although I do purchase beauty and craft items. Online vendors have to give a lot of leeway for returns when you are not able to see or touch anything in person before buying.
