Flex Pay Questions
Its my first time posting a question, so in June I ordered by phone and I called in to place my order. I ordered one of the sets of pots marketed by Wolf Gang Puck and I got the flex pay option. So on the phone I was told that it would be 5 installment payments which I was fine with. So the next week I made an account online but when I try to manage my flex payments, I get nothing. Is this something I can’t track/manage because I called in the order instead of ordering online??
I would appreciate your help and feedback.

Hi bellaqt. You probably have ended up with 2 accounts that aren’t connected. I would post this question on the Customer Service forum. The mods there can check into it and tell you what to do to get it straightened out.
