disapointed in wolfgang puck grill
I bought a wolfgang grill in 2014 and had a service warranty on it (which I didnt even remember) well that expired in october of 16, I have only use grill once before,so the other night took out to grill three rib eye steaks. Cooked two perfectly (only two would fit) put number three steak in grill beeped several times and shut off. I waited and let unit cool down thinking it may have over heated. Plugged back in and wont turn on.
Two days later called HSN they passed me along to wolf gang puck customer service which told me the housing is defective and they dont so anything for it. I asked if there was something I could replace a fuse or something since unit was over 100 dollars they said no.,
I dont understand why they dont stand behind there products, I would not buy anything from wolfgang puck again and I am a long time custiomer of HSN and feel they left me out to dry and dont stand behind the products they are selling
I’m also very upset with Wolfgang Puck customer service/merchandise.
I purchased his Pressure Oven with all asses. for $350. LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS. BUT I DID, AS I TRUSTED WP PRODUCT.
Of course, right after the 1 year MFV, the left back side was burning everything, so I had to watch and rotate all the time.
I called HSN several times, Couldn’t help, sent me to WP Customer service.
Well, that was a joke, First she was very rude, that said, You passed a 1 year MFV, so I can have them look at that, maybe fix it, of course she didn’t know how much that would cost, Of course I would have to pay to ship it, and return to me.
Well, I didn’t do it. to much cost.
If a “Big” chef sells product for $350, that should last longer than 1 year.
I should just get conventional counter top oven at Costco for $40, then if that brakes in a year, ok.
I’LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM WOLFGANG PUCK. WILL NOT SPEND A PENNY ON ANY OF HIS PRODUCT.
A similar thing happened to me too with the Wolfgang grill/griddle. Very disappointed in the quality.
, I see your order of Oct 2014 and that it was covered by the manufacturer’s 1 year limited warranty. Unfortunately, there is no HPP extended warranty in effect and I’m not able to recommend a resolution or repair. I do apologize for your disappointment.
Thank you. 😉
I believe citrus oils are toxic to cats, please don’t take any chances, if any doubt please call poison control. Good luck and happy purrs for your kitties !! :cathappy:
I don’t know if they are toxic but I doubt they would be good for an animal to chew on.Why not just place them where the cats can not get to them.I would not allow my cats to chew on them even if they are considered safe.
