LOVE Curtis Stone cookware, baking sheets and every item he presents on air! I started my Curtis Stone journey with a small fry pan. I have had his items for at least three years and have never had an issue with any of them. My mom, who is 90, LOVES her Curtis Stone bakeware. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. One request to Curtis: Would love to see a griddle for the stove top. Big fan of Curtis!
I have a few Curtis Stone pieces I was look for a frying pan today and he only had an eight inch I need a twelve inch I will be on the lookout for that.
somone just called in and asked curtis if he would make a small set for one person and i agree. i would like if curtis stone would make a small 8″ inch pan with a 8 ” inch steamer tray and a 8″ inch pot. i have his 8″ inch pan with lid with the side handles and the 10″ inch which i cooked bacon in this morning and the 8″ inch eggs so ththat size is perfect for one person.
Love my Curtis Stone also, I just wish he would sell pan sets that are just pots and pans. I have way too many skillets.
I agree. I need some small sauce pans with lids. All his cookware seems designed for people with large families. Those of us who only cook for one or two need smaller pieces. I also wonder if he is designing something similar to the Ninja Foodi. I really do not want another gadget . Wish some of the things that sold out a while ago would come back like muffin tins in bakeware and the instant read thermometer.
FYI Curtis Stone has many of the items that had been sold out and a few new ones. I purchased the grill pan ( new), pinch pots ( new) and instant read thermometer ( back in stock), The pinch pots are used for mise en place- which means having all your ingredients chopped, grated, measured etc in advance to add to your cooking.
Love all my Curtis Stone as well. Ordered lots more yesterday. As for the griddle – I’ve been looking for one too but I want one on the larger size. Maybe 13×22 and most I see are only about9-10 x 18. What about you – have you a preference as to size?
