I have an order that shows leaving Fontaina Ca on 12-18 and nothing after that. This was suppose to be a Christmas present. Whats up?

I am sorry for the disappointment with this orders delivery. It does look like after it left the warehouse it was lost in transit. I will be sure to report this to UPS to investigate and would be happy to offer either a refund or to send out a replacement for you. Please let me know what you’d like to do.
