Cleaning The Bottom of Curtis Stone Pans
I own Curtis Stone pans and I noticed that the bottoms of the pans become discolored after frequent use in the oven, on the electric stove, and the induction burner. How can the pan bottoms be cleaned without destroying their induction capability? Which product(s) do you recommend or not recommend to do this? Thanks!
I have used just plain, cheap baking soda as a cleanser for just about everything. It’s safe and very mildly abrasive. You don’t have to wear gloves and it doesn’t clog the sink. If you pour vinegar down the sink, it even helps to keep drains clean.
Thanks very much!
