Chef Ming Tsai Wok Set & Square pan with attachments set re-design suggestions
Dear Chef Tsai,
As a Consumer with limited space for storage and practicality I prefer casserole handles on all my cookware pans.
Please Chef Tsai can you kindly re-design your current wok set to also have all that is currently included, along with casserole handles instead of the 1 casserole handle and that one very, very, unsafe long fry pan/wok type handle.
Casserole handles are so much safer for continued Consumer usage, and so much easier to store away.
I bought and returned your wok set with the steamer basket, glass lid which was warped and made crackling pinging sounds when placed on the heat of the wok which had food cooking in it. I was fearful of the glass exploding which can easily happen if the glass cover is defective.
I also returned it for a full refund since it arrived in that defective state and also because it was not easily manageable, and Consumer usage with the long handle and the glass cover was extremely unsafe.
Still I loved the concept of your entire wok set, and would buy a re-design of the same set with a glass cover which was not defective, and fit tightly, and with casserole handles which work much better on gas stoves, in gas ovens, and on induction burners because that dangerous long handles which sticks way out, could easily cause very hot dangerous accidents.
Chef Tsai please consider these suggestions, and while on the subject of casserole handles it would be nice if you also offer 2 options for your woks set and square pan sets which would be to offer both as is and also offer casserole handles on each one as another option which would be my choice.
Casserole handles on all your square pans which are gas, in oven, and induction safe as they too would be easier to use, safer to use, and will much easily store away.
Please also consider these consumer suggestions as well, and many thanks Chef Tsai.
