WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN
I bought a ring for $500 dollars from HSN and had to have it replaced since a diamond fell out after only two months. After receiving a new one, not even five months later, 3 diamonds had fallen out! This would not be an issue if I was able to return the product or even simply get sent a new one. However, HSN has refused to do either as “it has been too long”. If that is not denying customer satisfaction and ripping off customers, I am not sure what is. VERY disappointed, have shut down my account, and will be sure to encourage all I know to NOT give HSN business.
