I just got my order. and they send my a broken neckleces form Jay King =(
I can’t believed how they make a packege like that.
Just they do’nt care about the costumers.
and this is the second time it happening to me. wtf
Don’t forget, if you get something broken, customer service will waive the return shipping fee. Not much consolation I know, but its something. I would ask for a store credit for my trouble.
I can understand your frustration. The last time I ordered a necklace from HSN was years ago. It was a Nicky Butler design. It arrived broken, too. I kept it, but it’s a shame that Quality Control is still not doing it’s job in checking items before they’re sent out. It’s expensive to have to pay return shipping, and very unfair when the item was defective and should never have been sent out in the first place.
