Do not order personalized orders from this company. If they up, you get only an apology for their mistake. You must mail the item back before you can get the replaced item they up by not checking to see if the personalization is correct. If I want the item I must reorder the item. Had I been in charge, I would have done everything to correct the wrong I made to the customer. The customer should not have to jump through hoops for an error the company made. More so, since they have been a customer for years. Mind you this item was for Mother’s Day which is 4 days away. I will say this, they know how to ruin a beautiful day.
adavia125, you might post this on the Customer Service forum. Sometimes, the mods here can work miracles; but they haven’t seemed to be as active on the regular forums since the last community update.
