Unable to leave a review on my Beautiful Heidi Daus Pin Set
I purchased the beautiful Heidi Daus Today’s Special and was so excited about leaving a wonderful review. However when I went to write the review, I received an error message that said “Only items purchased in the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated), etc. I contacted customer service and they told me that I checked out as a guest and will be unable to leave a review. First of all, I am always prompted and must log in before I am able to proceed to the check out process. Secondly, they told me there is an option to check out as a guest. I have never seen it. Has anyone else. I know I did not select guest checkout. I have never seen it. I have never left a negative review, so I couldn’t be blocked. Any ideas?
I can’t answer to the checking out as a guest, as I always log in when purchasing items…However, when I received the ring # 478-366 from Victoria Wieck’s jewelry, I wanted to leave a review the day I got it (Fri.) but I got a pop up window that stated I had not bought anything in the last year and therefore could not leave a review….WHAT ?!…
Long story shortened – the customer rep. who promptly emailed me back said that you can’t write a review until 5 days have passed after the Shipping date. .That was the 27th….How frustrating…Today (Mon. Oct.3rd) is the 6th day after it was shipped and I’m STILL getting the message that I can’t write a review.. So I will be sending another email to customer service later on today..
I had no problem leaving 2 reviews of my Heidi Daus Pin Sets.

? So, I think you just solved a problem for alot of us. This not able to review problem comes up constantly and has happened to me. I also used my VISA card because I like to get the points. I only recently got an HSN card to take advantage of the $20 off on a craft item. Does this mean we have to use the HSN card in order to leave a review?
Is anyone able to leave a review with any payment method other than HSN card? Love to know.

Hello Erica, I recevied it on September 17th.
When you are logged in to your account, go to “My Account” & “Orders”. Does it show as one of your orders there?
