Tube of chiffon to hang a necklace pendant
Does anyone remember Collene selling a _______________? It was a tube of crinolin or chiffon with lobster claw clasp. You slipped a pendant over the findings and WALA—a necklace! They were available in many colors and lengths. Can you remember the name of this item?
You might try Colleen’s Facebook page and ask her there…. just a thought.
Thank you both! After thinking about this more, I think these were actually not chiffon or crinolin–they were polyester…or silk? I think Massha’s solution is a good one. It certainly solves a number of issues. Thank you again! I am still interested in knowing what that was called tho…frustrated that I can’t think of it.
I use actual chiffon ribbons and lace, bow tie in the back. I also use those to adjust necklaces – say, I want to wear something as a double at a certain length, I just tie the length of ribbon I want so it hangs just the way I want it. It is nice to have a lobster claw clasp though, but never bothered me to the point of wanting to actually attach the lobster claw to a ribbon.
Don’t remember a chiffon one but do remember a silk one…am sure somebody else will remember the one you are thinking about.
