I got a tanzanite necklace from you about 8 months ago. I really love it, and have worn it several times. About a month ago, I wore it to work, and as I was adjusting my collar, I put slight (not hard) pressure on the necklace. It broke at the connector between the hook clasp and the necklace strand. (Fortunately the stones and wire are intact.) But I will need to fix it before I can ever wear it again. Do you carry a warranty on your pieces…or better yet, can it be fixed?
@jowit You would have had the option to purchase a warranty plan when the necklace was purchased. If you didn’t purchase that, it would depend on what brand it is. Some of the vendors do repair their broken jewelry for a fee.. You should be able to check your order status and find out what line the necklace is from and whether you purchased the extra protection.
