Studio Barse Jewelry
I wanted to share the exceptional customer service I received from the Studio Barse company. This is my first ever blog but felt it needed to be shared. Recently my father passed away, while he was hospitalized and we were aware he was passing, I wanted a special keepsake so my neice took a picture of me holding his hand. I was wearing my favorite Studio Barse ring which was a copper/dome and turqouise ring. After his passing, I was horrified to realize one of the turqouise stones were missing. I went on a mission to try to purchase another ring just so I could replace the stone in mine. I was unscucessful in my attempts (as it was no longer available on HSN) so I contacted the Studio Barse company to inquire about how to get another stone (as turqouise is so hard to match). They responded right away with such compassion and generosity that I was overwhelmed with emotion. They first expressed their sympathies for my loss and the incident with the ring and requested I send the ring to them and they would in turn send it to Thailand to have another stone hand picked to match and repair the ring FREE of charge! This was an amazing act and I just wanted to recognize the superior kindness and generosity I received from this fine company.
STUDIO BARSE will always hold a special place in my heart.
What a special ring, diddle6, and I’m sure your photo will be treasured for a lifetime as well. My sympathies go to you and your family for your loss. I’ve been there myself, in 2010. Watching my father suffer was heartbreaking.
Your testimony would make a great call-in during a Studio Barse presentation! I don’t know whether Melanie Barse was involved in your ring repair, but I’m sure she would be very touched and appreciative to hear how much it meant to you that such a special ring was repaired with much care, and that her company’s customer service was so stellar.

Welcome to the forums! I really like Barse and as Cindy said your post just reinforces why I love this vendor and I’m happy they are replacing the stone. I’m so sorry for your loss.
My sincere sympathy for the loss of your father…but thank you so much for sharing your story with all of us. This is a wonderful testament to their care for the customer. I loved the line before hearing this..now my feelings are confirmed. Thank you again. :heart:
