I was watching Jay King and Suzanne this morning with the TS. The “hard sell” really gets to me and when this happens I quickly change stations. Even in a store, where the salesperson goes overboard, I will walk out without the purchase.
Oodiebom, I agree that this time the sales pitch felt very different. I believe Jay was trying to explain how much time and effort it took him to acquire the amount of Tyrone turqoise he was able to get. I also felt he was addressing maybe other things, possibly bad reviews of some of his items. He was most definitely standing behind his products and his company.
