I purchased a Rarity Amethyst ring from HSN, I thought my purchased was protected by the Extended Warranty. I had the ring maybe a month and had worn it twice when the Center Stone fell out of the ring.
I returned the ring for repair and to my dismay they could not simply re-mount the stone and instead sent me a total re-imbursement.
I called HSN and was informed I could Repurchase the ring but if the stone falls out again and is lost THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ON THE CENTER STONE! They will only replay the side stones!
What a RIP OFF, how can you NOT replace ALL stones, I WILL NEVER buy another product from HSN they have LOST my business.
That is so absurd! I have several pieces from the Rarities line and have had to return a few poorly made things. It’s my understanding that hsn has her designs made and helps fund the cost of the gems and the factory work and that Carol is mainly a designer and has little control over what happens in China…. I might be wrong but that is what it seems like.

Have you asked to speak to the higher ups about this?
HSN makes this big deal about wanting to be our jeweler….that is a discusting policy.
I am sorry this happened to you. I have read many complaints about her jewelry. Maybe others that this has happened to will be able to help. Once again sorry.
