Jewelry quality control
I recently purchased two of the TS Joan Boyce to bracelets. One was broken when it arrived. The strap pulled out of the bracelet. No big deal. Mistakes do happen. I also returned her large hoop ear rings because they were not secure when shut. That has been an issue before I think. Next, I ordered a Real Collectible ring. When I received it there were several stones missing. What is happening to quality control and why are customers having to pay S&H on defective items? I was told I would get $9.01 in Spendable Kash on the JB pieces. I did not just like another time not too long ago.
, I’d like to look into this further for you to find out what happened with your Spendable Ka$h. Can you send me a Private Message with the order number(s) that you were supposed to receive the Ka$h on as well as some additional information as to what the Spendable Ka$h was for so I can investigate? Thanks in advance!
I figured out the Spendable Kash issue. It looks like HSN refunded the S&H instead because of the defect. The email I received was just wrong. The refund is better obviously. My sincerest apologies. Here is hoping it works the same way with the ring return as well. Still, quality control is an issue when one receives three defective items in a row.
