Jay King Orders Being Refunded & Not Shipped
I ordered several Jay King items during his last visit. Today I’m getting emails that my returns are being processed. How could I return something I never received? I called CS and it seems the bracelet they were going to send me was damaged. I ordered the bracelet 12+ hours before it was presented and then sold out. Why didn’t they just pick another one out to send to me. Of course there weren’t anymore available when I called. Then later today I get the same message concerning the Jay King Cares ornament. I ordered that right after the TS was presented. So I call again, it was completely shipped before they got to filling my order. The ornament was still being presented on TV for 12-15 hours after I bought mine. No way they are filling the orders in the order they were purchased. They must have a priority list they fill from, rather than in the order the purchases were made. This is so unfair. The one CS rep said from the number of calls she had gotten for the same thing, there is definitely something messed up. Like knowing I’m not the only one with a problem will make me feel better. NOT!

It’s strange, but all the pieces I got emails saying my returned item was received & being refunded (even though I never even received it), now show as PACKAGING.
Sanibel, I just noticed that the Jay King ornament is sold out, however, if you put it into your favorites you could get a surprise if the item is returned or if Jay makes a few extra pieces. Putting it into your favorites will give you an alert when the item is again in stock.
Ty, I’ll try that. I had the same thing happen to several of his pieces I ordered. I ordered them 10-15 hours before they were presented or close to being sold out.
I got an email apology and a $5 credit available for 30 days. I’d rather have the JK ornament.
