HSN Order Status System Is Broken Today
With all the issues with HSN Arcade, now the HSN website is now being impacted. Have they been hacked like other businesses in the press?
I just tried to look at my order status on website and I got this: OOPS! We cannot find any orders for this time period.
Our order system is currently down for maintenance and we cannot show you your full order history, please try again later.
I entered nothing in the search box and left default of 90 days. I called CS and they said the system went down and they are attempting to repair it. 😩

Same thing for me ! I placed an order today and I am getting the same message

Thx for the response. I always wonder if it is just me.
You must be like me. I placed an order and went to check it in Order Status too. It’s annoying, because I also wanted to check if I had already placed an order for something else I had been considering recently. I never realize how often I use a function until it is no longer available.
