I am a walking billboard for HSN jewelry! Today I’m wearing my new Jay King chunky garnet necklace, Deb Guyot Herrkimer bracelets and Carol Brodie Rubellite ring and her ruby and black spinel tattoo ring! Loving it!!
I’ve only received a couple damaged pieces but they were damaged before they were shipped. Even tho I don’t like the generic blue boxes, the little plastic bags…I haven’t had a problem with the jewelry arriving damaged due to shipping. Even in those shipping bags when there is more than one item in them, which I appreciate, they come in just fine. I think a lot of that has to do with UPS and moving it to the PO…but mostly UPS. Those machines that they use to sort can crush just about anything I think. That’s too bad.
I’ve been lucky then. None of my jewelry has ever come in a battered box or package. Nothing has been chipped or broken. So sorry you’ve had problems.
I also love and wear a lot of HSN jewelry but I am always disappointed in the way it arrives and sometimes surprised it is still even in one piece. The packaging is very lacking if you are giving as a gift. I understand packaging affects the price but some items that I have spent a bit of money on still come in a plastic bag inside a black drawstring bag (if I am lucky). I wish the packaging was better and the shipping safer. As far as the shipping goes any product I get from HSN I am surprised when it is all there and in one piece, the boxes usually look as if they have been run over or used as football practice.
Well, you’re certainly rockin’it today, pammy!!! It feels so fabulous to feel so, well, fabulous… You go girl!!! *LOL*
