Heidi Daus – Stands by her products
For anyone that may have any hesitation regarding Heidi and her amazing art I am here to tell you GO FOR IT!!! I have many rings, necklaces, earrings & watches. I wear them all the time. I did have a piece that a stone fell out of and I was heart broken. I remembered hearing that Heidi will make repairs to her pieces all you need to do is send them to her. I sent my ring to her and in less than two week is came back to me in the the same amazing shape it was in when I purchased it. Heidi doesn’t create jewelry she creates art!
Sadly I am unemployed …… but believe me when I am once again working and able I will be add to my collection. My dream is to own one of her amazing complete parure sets.
I love you Heidi and it means so much that you not only make wonderful treasures but you stand by them.
Hi Kayes13, There’s no customer service like Heidi’s…they are the best. I’m sorry you are unemployed and hope that things turn around soon. May you find your dream job and your dream Heidi parure. Which one is your favorite?

why do i love HSN and Heidi Daus….let me count the ways….
this happened last fall:
i bought a clearance necklace dazzling decade, i had been waiting for the hematite to become available. it arrived without the round clasp. the box showed obvious signs that it was a return. i was so happy as i bought the matching bracelet also. i called CS, they were very apologetic and offered free shipping back and a refund, no exchange or waitlist available, it is sold out. i said oh no i need this as i have the matching bracelet. CS said if you want to keep it we can offer you a small refund and you keep it. i thought a minute…wondering can i fix this or get something to fix this. i do make jewelry and could probably do it. it would not look the same because the missing round clasp is covered with clear crystals matching the rest of the hardware on the necklace. but i said ok, that will have to do, i will figure out how to fix it. i thanked him.
later that afternoon…….a light bulb went off in my head. call heidi’s folks. maybe they can help. sure enough, i called and spoke to a very very nice lady. she knew the necklace immediately. she asked for my address and said she would send if found. no proof of purchase or any verification was asked of me. 3 days later in the mail came the exact clasp that was missing. no charge, no bill.
i call HSN cs to tell them that heidi took care of the missing clasp and they could take back the small refund. they said, no no you keep it for your inconvenience experienced.
now tell me where in the world do you get this type of service and customer commitment?
Heidi is the real deal. I called her office once and She answered the phone. We had a short but lovely conversation before she handed the phone over to one of her assistants. Her office is actually in the same neighborhood my family lived when I was born!
I was looking for a special piece for my sons wedding. And they found me one!
I love her designs, and even though my lifestyle has changed as, I cannot work anymore due to medical issues. But I’ll wear things on special days. Now I collect less but I still try to buy a few pieces a year. My husband found the "Rudy brooch" from several years ago. He knew I had always wanted it but at the time it came out, we had two of our children in college at very good and very expensive universities.
Empty nest aren’t all they are cracked up to be. I loved having the kids home.
