I tried to order the ITEM 500-502 Michael Anthony Jewelry® 10K Tri-Color Cleo Link 18″ Necklace. The paypal option did not work called customer service very rude will not let you talk the price was totally different from what I was seeing and both the person who answered on the 877-916-0354 and when I was rudely transferred to customer service did not care about the price difference. I like the necklace but the service was not what I expected.

I’ve only used live chat for customer service and have always had my situation resolved. Recently, I was unable to apply a coupon code but told CS that I went ahead and ordered the item anyways because I was worried the item would sell out. They couldn’t apply the coupon but put $25 Kash in my account instead! It’s too bad you didn’t have a positive experience kay479, especially regarding an expensive item like that.

U don’t deserve to be treated like that. If it were me, I would call (800) 284-5757, press 0 to bypass the prompts and ask to speak to a supervisor.
