Colleen Lopez Burnese Ruby ring
I order this in a size 7 as I am & always have been a true size 7. This ring was SO small. I called customer service. Size 8 was on wait list. I decided to go for a size 9 for my middle finger. Sent it back. Wait, wait, wait wait. Today I get the original ring back with a note saying I didn’t return the earrings with it. I didn’t return the earrings because the earrings were NOT the problem. I just wanted to exchange the ring. I called customer service again. She said “oh yeah, they should have told you that when you first called”. I am opting to NOT wait more weeks. I told her, “By the time I get a ring that actually fits, it will be Autumn”. I’m returning everything. Not worth my time or aggravation. I’m used to Amazon and receiving my items in 2 days. I will go look on JTV and other jewelry sites as well. HSN has always had poor customer service and the turn around is like 20 years ago. It’s time they wake up and get on the ball with other companies that are servicing their customers in a timely manner.
