Carol Brodie: MORE MORE MORE!
I saw that this ring went on sale today ($300 from $500), and all that’s left are sizes 6, 7, and 8. I need a size 9 desperately as this is a DREAM RING! Purple (and thus Amethyst) is my favourite colour in jewelry. While I have stones more rare and precious, I still gravitate toward the purple, lavender, raspberry and that general colour range. To top it off, it’s BIG & BOLD — which is my style — NOTHING understated or dainty for me, one of your few but proud RARITIES GUYS!
Rarities: Fine Jewelry with Carol Brodie Marquise-Shaped Blue Turquoise, Amethyst and White Zircon Ring, HSN Item Number 550-963
Additionally, this ring incorporates what is arguably my favourite gemstone, that is Turquoise. When I was young, I always dismissed it as being “too southwest” and whatnot, but then, I discovered contemporary designs from all sorts of designers, and later even more fabulous designs from Jay King and that Native people of Chaco Canyon. Your piece, to be candid, is a SPLENDID blend of my favourite gem and my favourite colour AND you use GOLD (vermeil) which I think REALLY SHOWS OFF Turquoise, though you rarely see it in the US, mostly only in HIGH END SHOPS in Europe, and it costs a FORTUNE, with no idea where the turquoise came from, or if it’s natural (just stabilized) or compressed. You and HSN tell the truth on what you offer, important and appreciated disclosures!
I think in the past you ALSO offered this ring in Turquoise with Chrome Diopside and possibly one other colour combination. However, it’s the Turquoise/Amethyst with which I’m IN LOVE!
Since you’ve done this before in at least one, possibly two other stones, plus this one, I HOPE that you will hear my prayer and BRING MORE of this ring in Amethyst in sizes 9 (or larger), and make a Rarities Guy the happiest guy in the world as his birthday comes this summer.
I hope you have a FAB summer. I won’t be seeing you on Facebook anymore, as I ditched it after their much-publicized privacy lapses. Therefore, I hope you see messages here on HSN, and wishing you all my best, as always.
Rarities Guy Mike
