@sa7000, You should post this on the Customer Service forum where the mods will be more likely to see it. Whether you can get it fixed by HSN or the vendor will depend on the circumstances of your purchase. If you purchased it in the last 30 days and it’s still available, you should be able to return it as defective and get a new necklace. If you bought insurance on the purchase, that will probably cover getting it fixed; but you’ll need to follow the directions with the insurance. If you didn’t purchase the insurance, some of the vendors do offer repair services. I know Heidi Daus does; but I’m not sure who else does. You didn’t mention the vendor, so I can’t give you more help than that.
