Annoyed With Heidi Daus and HSN (sorry, Heidi!)
“you can go on, and on and on and on with this fabulous piece of jewelry….”
“We want you to be so delighted with every piece you choose…”
Really???? I have watched hours of your presentations and not ONCE did you tell the customer the length of the bracelet parts of the Today’s Special. So, if it’s so fabulous to be able to wear part of this ensemble as a bracelet, why can’t you be considerate to let us know before we order, pay, wait, receive, open the package, try it on, and it’s too big, too small, and we are OUT because the special price is gone, and our choice is SOLD OUT and then we have to pay ADDITIONAL RETURN SHIPPING?
You are professionals, you have been doing this for decades, you know what you are doing and are deliberately omitting this information from the customers. At the very least, the length should be included in the item details on the web page.
Would it be so difficult to show, say, a cross section of a 7 inch circle with the small or large bracelet around it, so we can see how much slack there is? The “other” shopping channel is vague with bracelet sizes too. My theory is that once the customer has been tricked into taking a chance on the sizing, even if it doesn’t fit, she will keep it “for a gift.” I do not appreciate that approach to my money. Love you, Heidi, but this reallyl annoys me!
If you go to the item on the HSN website, click on DETAILS and you can read all the measurements for all the elements of item. You will find measurements for each of the choices of the item. They are sized for S/M and M/L and you can go by the bracelet size. I think there is a difference of two inches. (I just realized the explanation of DETAILS has already been posted here).
Hello Anonymous576, we do want you to be informed and satisfied with your purchases. Not all the item details can be provided on air so we suggest you to look at the item product page under the ‘Details’ tab. There is listed the detailed description, specifications and measurements including the bracelet length and width. If you ever have a question on an on air presentation, please check the item number on the website or let the moderators know and we’ll be glad to help.
They just added bracelet details on the listing:
S/M approx. 8"L each; fit 6-3/4" to 7-1/2" wrist
M/L approx. 8-3/4"L each; fit 7-1/2" to 8-1/2" wrist
