Person received free product as part of an internal program
HOW DO I GET TO BE PART OF THIS? Those who got the Today’s Special free leggings seemed to love them.
I received an email invitation some years ago, and had to turn it down. There were things going on in my life that I felt might keep me from fully participating. I hope that doesn’t mean they”ll never ask me again. If they asked me now, I’d jump right in.
I’ve been selected twice and I believe it all comes down to target market, demographics, etc. I received a questionnaire and told I’d receive the product if I fit the criteria they were looking for. I must have fit the criteria, because I received the product. This particular product was scheduled to be a TS a few months out. I never saw it in their product lineup. I think I still have the original letter, I’ll have to look, but I believe I was selected because I fit the spending habits they were looking for. For the second product, I was selected because of a previous review for the vendor on a different product. The second product was a vendor program and I don’t believe a part of HSN’s program. I recommend leaving honest reviews. They don’t have to be book length, but a good review. You just never know, a vendor might read your review.
Unfortunately you cannot sign up for the Insiders program. Insiders are selected by the marketing department and the selection process has never been made clear.
This answer is kind of confusing! I was wondering the same as I was looking thru the reviews on Today’s Special of the Danica’s leggings.
I agree that answer is confusing, basically a non answer. I would also love to be able to receive free samples to try and then give an honest review.
Maybe HSN could give a survey to everyone who is interested to see what they are interested in trying out then use that information in a database to fairly distribute the free samples. Just an idea but maybe they will read this and do something to make it more fair to all the loyal customers. If enough people write in maybe something will be done, it can’t hurt
