I just ordered 6 pair of the Diane Gilman Superstretch boot-cut jeans. Watch your flex pay, mine showed up as 2 flex pay of 27.45 each instead of the 3 flex pay of 18.30 each. I called customer service and they could not help me either. They advertise this hour special payments and they cannot fix what is showing up after the check out. I just had to cancel my orders, because I could not get what was advertised and customer service could not help me. sorry Diane, I tried to order and now am upset with not being able to take advantage of what was advertised. I guess I am now done with HSN, as they do no know how to fix this issue.

Yes after 3 tries, I was able to get the right flex pay, but that is after it is deducted from my charge card 3 times, and with Christmas her, It is deducted from my checking account for at least 4 days with the weekend here and this is the last weekend to shop for Christmas gifts and Christmas dinner. There just should be a way for the funds to be immediately released on the orders that were not correct. My husband and I both were in a bad accident last month and we both just got out of the hospital this last week, so we have other expenses to deal with. If the funds for the items that were cancelled can be released immediately, that would help.
