I know how many people are mad about the quality of these So-Called Purifiers. I don’t think we should have to pay return shipping on these..MAYBE just maybe if enough of us complain they will do something….So if your unhappy, just respond ……thanks

I ordered an Iman and Joy handbag and it is not the quality leather I was led to believe! If I return it I only get the spendable cash and the item has been reduced by $30 since I ordered it. I’m sure that the company that holds their credit card will have them send me the replacement one , different color, at the same price I originally paid. Any reputable company would reduce the charge to the current price, ie: Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Hell even J.C. Penney would do that. NOT these people! I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HSN get a new company to back your credit card or I will never use this one again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG! They’re showing a repeat of Joy’s earlier show. Can she talk any louder? She’s screaming. I know she’s excited about her line, but it’s difficult and distracting to listen to someone who is screaming at me. I don’t focus on the content of her pitch; I can only foucus on the screaming.

That happened to me too! Trick is to keep it straight up while using it. If you tip it then it leaks. Try that! Hope this helps.
I called about a defective item last year and HSN gave me a return label to return it which didn’t cost me anything.
I’ve always been under the impression we were not charged for returning something that was defective.
I normally use my HSN card so it might be just on that card, not sure about that. However, even if it’s not defective, you just don’t like it, and you return something charged on the HSN card, they do give spendable cash on the cost of the item returned.
I would ask customer service about this. I agree any company should pay for return shipping on something that’s defective.
I bought the storage box with roll inserts, it was overpriced, and very cheap. I returnedmitnthe same day. I will not purchase from this line again.
I have Mangano’s ‘My Steamer.’ It only takes the wrinkles out of light weight clothes, the interior gets calcified, and that retractable cord whips back at a very dangerous speed. If you don’t hold down the cord when you press the button, it will lose control, jump up, and split open your lip. That’s what happened to me anyway. I almost never use the thing. My iron is far more efficient and it doesn’t try to kill me when I use it.
As long as people buy Joy’s "junk"..HSN will keep selling it..
They always say how many of her hangers, steamers..whatever were sold..I want to know how many were returned!..Most people keep the stuff..the return costs are too high..
I have learned "JUST SAY NO"!!!!!!!..I will never buy Joy’s "junk"..

Retail is 79.99. So yeah I expected dirt on my air filter after about 5 days? Asking too much for an 80 dollar toy that’s claim to fame is dual function…air freshener and purifier.

I think Joy Mangano is trying to corner the market on ALL THINGS, while having most of her stuff made in China. And we all know what happens when you have your stuff made in China to save a buck. What started out as low cost, "quality" products, to entice the consumer from American made, over the years, ends up being an inferior product, that really is no longer cheaper, especially if it has to replaced. I think the only group saving money on goods made in China, would be the Joy Mangano’s. Things from China are not cheap anymore & quite often cost more than the same product made in the USA. I remember buying bikes for our daughters & the ones made in the USA were cheaper or the same price as those made in China. They were not easy to find…but we did, and that’s what we bought each time we bumped them up to a bigger bike. I try to always buy American.
Now, all of this being said… in my 29 years shopping with HSN, I bought my first ever JM product, a steamer- 370-758. The one that came with that glamorous zipper bag that we were told to carry like a fine evening bag. Seriously…and you know some poor souls WILL do that. The bag has the JM logo on the front made from 129 crystals. My logo was crooked. I needed a new travel steamer & after much searching, I caved & bought it. Hopefully it will last a good many years.

Returning more mine. It’s false advertising. How could people possibly say they love it when its not performing as advertised. The only reason is that they like their dust and mold floating around the house.
I am returning mine. I also think I will be filing a BBB complaint. I’ve only done it once before, but it got immediate results. I am so tired of being victimized by these online demonstrations.
I cannot see or feel the product and can only rely on what is presented, so absolute honesty on the part of the presenter is essential. Not to mention, if the product is not what it was presented to be, I am charged to return it! This is not right. I am happy for those that like it, mine doesn’t work as advertised.
