Helen Keaney and Robin wall Hosts / Christmas
I wanted take a moment to say that I really enjoyed both Helen and Robin’s fun banter today on air (or prerecoreded show). They had me laughing out loud. You can tell they are truly good friends. I had no where to be this Christmas, so I thought I’d spend the day watching movies in bed. I started out by flipping through channels on my TV and found myself entertained by watching both Helen and Robin for the entire day. I was shocked to see how much time had passed when I glanced at the clock. Helen has a genuine and down to earth personality. She is truly an asset to HSN and I believe people truly relate and believe what she has to say. Helen is someone I could see hanging out with as friends and grabbing pizza. Robin has a sweet and caring personality, she truly has an online personality and can take/read words from a teleprompter and turn them into a believable, smooth golden story. There are those that read a teleprompter and sound like PBS telethon host and then there are people like Robin. Life was a little merrier today with Hellen and Robin. Thank you guys for keeping me company today with your digital prerecorded Christmas special and thank you HSN for putting these two together. You guys are doing an awesome job. HSN’s overall presentation is very polished and fun. QVC and Evine are still in the Stone Age. I started watching you your network in my 30s and thats pretty young as a male to be watching a home shopping network. Your hosts/personality on air are by far what sets you apart. Brett and Aaron are the 2 that grabbed my attention 1st. All of your hosts are very polished and likable. Even their imperfections make them real people, which make them even more likable. Thank you guys for all that you do. Keep up the amazing work! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.
Jamescali, welcome to the Community where you are never alone. Glad that you enjoyed the antics of Robin and Helen. They are a sketch. And by the way you said it best about how you spent your day Glad and having a few laughs along the way. This will be an interesting when HSN and QVC come together. Not sure if they will be separate entities, though the promise is that they will be. Only time will tell. Like you, I found HSN about the time they started programming and stayed with them even when QVC became the better of the two for a while. Then just about the time they were not doing well, along came Barry Diller, and now look at them. A great company. Just hope they stay that way.
