Good grief! I can’t even believe the customer service I just received. She was awful. Kept
interrupting me and was not cooperative what so ever! My first purchase on my HSN
credit just may be my last.
I LOVE YOU CANDACE!!!! thanks for the info. you take good care and stay awesome, my friend!! love it. xoxo
J… It might be that, during the Holiday Season, HSN hires extra people to cover all the Customer Service required. I don’t know for sure, but it could be. If so, not all the newcomer’s will be as ‘helpful’ as one would expect since, in essence, they’re ‘temporary employees’.
If you call back again, immediately ask for the name of the person you’re speaking to and write it down. Then, ask for a Supervisor and don’t take ‘no’ for an answer!
Personally, I would post what your actual problem is here on the ‘Customer Service-Need Help’ Forum instead of just a complaint. The Moderators here are EXCELLENT in resolving our issues with HSN as most of us have had at least one bad experience with phoning. Good luck!
Hi Jhurd, welcome. I’m sorry you went through this. I know it would be frustrating.
Please don’t judge HSN’s Customer Service from this one bad experience. (It seems like there’s always a bad apple in every bunch.)
I’ve contacted Customer Service twice, and both times they were extremely nice & helpful. Please give them another chance, and it should be better. I hope you had a nice holiday!
I’m disappointed to hear about this . I’ll make sure to report this so that they can look into the call and provide any necessary training.
Hi Jhurd, welcome to the Community. I am sorry that you had problems with customer service and hope you will give them a second chance. For the most part they are a nice bunch of people who try very hard to make things right and to make the customer happy. Sometimes, though, you may have to take a few steps back and allow for breathing room. Hopefully, you will try again if things are still unresolved. However, there is a manager who watches the postings here and will most likely contact you and hopefully the problems will be a thing of the past.
