Well, wilddietta, the 60’s covers A LOT of ground, *lol*. But, when you said 45’s, that could only be one record for me played to death… ‘Johnny Angel’ by Shelley Fabares. It was 1962, I was 10-years-old, and oh how I longed for my own Johnny Angel. Great Thread, brought back so many memories!

Nice Thread @wilddietta. Yep I remember those 45 records. 🙂
There is no one like Lesley Gore and I have every single record and I listen
often. Very young when she sang most of her hits. Quincy Jones was her
producer. Very sad she is no longer here gone too soon.
Anything by the Beach Boys. Summer was officially here when I tagged along and cruised with my siblings listening to the Beach Boys.
Growing up until a teen in Detroit…it was MOTOWN all the way! Yet, I not only remember 45 & 33 records, I remember 78’s!
Come softly to me, by The Fleetwoods. 1958. I know you asked for the 60’s, but it was played often in the 60’s. I wasn’t even a year old when it came out but I love it!!
