YET ANOTHER AUTOSHIP CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BEEN GETTING S-20 LAUDRY “SHEETS” ON A/S FOR YRS. NOW AM TOLD (AFTER TRYING TO RELEASE A SHIPMENT) THEY WON’T BE AVAILABLE FOR 1-2 MONTHS!! I’M FURIOUS & HAVE CANCELLED ALL FUTURE SHIPMENTS. WHY EVEN OFFER AUTOSHIP IF THEY ARE GOING TO DO THIS????!!! I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT I WILL EVER SIGN UP FOR A/S ON ANY OTHER ITEM. IT’S TOO DISAPPOINTING WHEN I’M COUNTING ON RECEIVING SOMETHING & IT DOESN’T SHOW UP. THEY CANCELLED WITH NO EXPLANATION, TIL I MADE SEVERAL CALLS & INSISTED ON SPEAKING WITH A SUPV.
25 years is a long time to be a satisfied customer……. don’t let a relatively minor issue cause you so much consternation.
QVC has been cancelling auto ship for years…plus severely !limiting their length of time.
And how many of us order on Auto ship, but cancel soon after?? The initial first Order used to have
some extra freebie, to urge us to order auto-ship.
But then so many cancelled after the first shipment, that now the freebie is included in the second autoship instead…..
Anyway, I decided that even if I order auto ship… don’t expect it to last..
They must be a wonderful pruduct for you to go on a rant like this. Give HSN the beefit of the doubt and RELAX! It’s not the end of the world, this can be fixed!
P.S. I JUST GOOGLED S-20 & THERE’S LOTS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON & OTHER PLACES. THE STORY I GOT FROM THE HSN SUPV WAS THAT THE VENDOR COULDN’T SUPPLY ANY FOR 1-2 MOS. TOTALLY TICKED OFF. WELL, MAYBE IT WAS THE PARTICULAR CONFIGURATION I WAS GETTING – A 100 PACK OF “NEW IMPROVED” IN FRESH SCENT. IF THAT’S THE CASE, WHY NOT LET US LOYAL CUSTOMERS GET A REPLACEMENT OF ANOTHER CONFIGURATION?????!! (AT THE SAME COST, SINCE IT’S NOT OUR FAULT.) BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 25 YRS & HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT HIGHLY OF HSN – BUT THEY ARE LOSING CREDIBILITY IN MY EYES WHEN THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN.
I am terribly sorry to hear that ?. Losing customers left and right…
