I adore Staci – but was disappointed that there was no flexpay offered on her products for her limited visit. Also – for months some of her products are nowhere to be found. I tried Kohl’s because it was announced months ago that she was going to be selling her products there also. What gives?
She has her own website now. I ordered her concealer from the website and were sent the wrong items. It was a nightmare getting the correction. They were out of the concealer and did not know when they would be getting a restock. The customer service person I spoke to then wanted me to return the items that were sent to me by mistake, She sent me a return label for FedX, but for them to pick it up would cost me, and I live out of town and it is 4 towns away to the nearest FedX. She then had to send me a label for the USPS, but it took forever for them to figure how to get this done because they indicated they do not have an account with the USPS for return mail, She then just decided to call me and tell me to keep the items and hope that I could use them because she did not want to pay for the return shipping. It was a nightmare working with her in trying to get this handled. Staci would of just said to keep it anyway and move forward, but this person did not. I could not used the items, it was an items that I would never use and there was not anyone that I knew that would use it. So it was trashed. A lot of trouble for such a low cost item. Last time I would ever go down that road again. I will stick with HSN and not the YBF website, although the price of the items on the website was lower priced but not worth the trouble.
