Wrong Item Shipped
I ordered a Hoover steam mop. It was ‘in packaging’ for 4 days. I went to the post office yesterday to pick it up. The outside shipping box had the words Elite Bistro pressure cooker printed on it. The receipt inside the box was for a steam mop, but the item is a pressure cooker. When I contacted customer service they were extremely apologetic and said the correct item will be shipped to me immediately. Great, but I was so in the mood to steam something…..and then there is the question What fool or fools could have possibly done this? The items are not the same size, shape, or weight. I hope HSN has a way of tracking back and finding who packed this; they will probably find a corresponding customer who received a steam mop when they ordered a pressure cooker. And as a side note – that pressure cooker is heavy. I would not and could not use it. I sure hope this steam mop is worth the wait.
