WHY OFFER A SERVICE YOU CAN’T PROVIDE
- Why offer a service that you obviously can’t provide HSN? I ordered some items on express delivery (3 day) and my credit card was billed and charged for it yet it’s day 4 and my items are still in packaging! I’m so disgusted and appalled by your approach to all these delays. There was no hesitation billing and charging my card for a service you did not provide yet you can’t deliver what you charged for. This is so pathetic!
It’s time for some of you to dispute these charges with your credit card companies. Your banking institutions can help you if HSN can not at this time.
That is awful. I feel bad for both of you. Clearly they need to refund your money on the shipping… and today!
I paid for express or 3 day delivery. Today is the 4th day & still don’t have it. Disgusting.
