What is the real reason for the shipping delays?
I have posted here before about a shipping delay and have read other posts regarding the same subject. First, it was explained to me that the hurricane caused the problem. Next reason was that a new shipping process was in effect and the kinks haven’t quite been straigntened out. So I am looking over my Order Status today and see something that was very curious. An auto ship item, SCA, Hair Fill and Color Kit was shipped on 10/18 and today I received this message. “This package is being held for a future delivery date./ Delivery will be rescheduled.” What gives with that? Why is my package being held for a future delivery date? It is just 2 towns away from me. I would like to add that in no way is Customer Service responsible for any of this “delay” nonsense. CS does a good job just about all the time. I do not like that I got 2 different reasons given to me about the delays. But CS must do what they are told to do. So I would really like to know. WHAT IS THE REAL REASON FOR THE SHIPPING DELAYS?
I would like this post entered in “Customer Service” please, and an answer would be great. Thank you.
LOL & Oops.. it just found its way to JPA Finally! (it was lost) Jose had said for FNGN Be there or be square! lol( thats what this pic. was about) ..now I don’t know where yours is.?? Oh well Take this one!! lol,(yep,I’m gett’n stronger..;) )
