What happened to quality control?
In the 16 years I’ve shopped with HSN, never have I had to return more items then in the past 10 months! Is ANYBODY running Quality Control there? Most recently I ordered Benefits Big Lash mascara. It arrived with a piece of clear tape holding the box closed. When I opened the mascara, it was completely dried out! Doesn’t anyone check if returned items are defective before sending them out again to a different customer? On all the other items I’ve sent back the last 10 months, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on return shipping charges. This is like a marriage that’s gone bad and I’m on the verge of leaving. 🙁
