Warning… watch out for over charging your account
Last month HSN took money out of my account without my knowledge. Today they took out a flex pay that was already paid. I monitor my flex pays deligently and this item was not on my account. After being on the phone with a most unhelpful agent for a good 45 minutes, she gave me nothing but alot of mumbo jumbo. I have been with HSN for a couple of decades and have spent thousands of dollars with this company and am saddened to say I will not shop with them again.
JluvsN, you might want to post this problem in the Customer Service Forum. The moderators there often are able to make things right even when the phone call to Customer Service didn’t.
They might see your post here too, but I think that they ‘patrol’ Customer Service to try to help people with problems. So look back to see what they say.
