Waiting for my Bed
Ordered a mattress set in the early part of Nov , and was informed that it will be delivered by the end of the month . patiently tracking the order on HSN site and it indicates still in transit. Finally lost patience because the HSN delivery tracker still indicates the bed is still in transit. Upon talking with customer service oh, I’m the ignorant one because I have to call MXD group the company that was supposed to deliver the bed. He checked the status of the shipment and the company had supposedly called me 5 times to set up delivery. I have not received any phone calls from MXD and no messages or text from MXD. Nobody in HSN or MXD can provide me with detailed information and I was informed that they will able to deliver the mattress on Dec 20. THIS IS REFLECTION OF A GIANT CORPORATIONS THAT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ONE CUSTOMER AND A SMALL ORDER.
